Building Permit

Anytime any building or construction is planned a Building Permit is required by the Village. The Resident must be in compliance with all the Village Ordinances. This includes fences.

Any changes to your property require a Building Permit and a Zoning Hearing may be required.

Building Permits are $5.00 PLUS $1.00 per $1000.
